Here’s my story and why my work matters to the businesses and leaders I serve.

For the better part of my 30-year career, I led teams, navigated mergers and acquisitions, and made decisions in rooms where the choices weren’t always clear – or my own. I’ve sat in the seat.

Over time, I realized my work was about far more than strategy and business outcomes. It was also about people, creating momentum, and having the courage to turn the page when life called for something new.

Starting a company was an act of reinvention. We’ve all been there in some shape or form.

It asked me to follow my skills, experiences, passion, and the part of me that had always been drawn to helping business leaders think through the moments that matter.

The name Onwards holds the heart, hope, and possibility that comes with choosing a direction and taking the next step. It’s both a mindset and a belief that everyone deserves the chance to move from one place to a better place.

Today, I coach and consult with high potential leaders, executives, and owners who know how to move through change but rarely have the space to pause and consider what it all means. My work gives them room to think out loud, reflect honestly, and decide what comes next in a way that feels true to who they are.
